Rewards Program 2015

Terms and Conditions:

1. Proof of purchase for any 12 Fikzol Collagen bottles purchased in 2015 is required. Twelve Fikzol bottles must be purchased within 2015. Commencing February 1, 2015.

2. You agree to our free bottle ship schedule as outlined in the section called 12 Bottle Club.

3. To participate in the 12 bottle club, you must send us an email titled "12 Bottle Club" along your first and last name and the date of your email.

4. If you are a participant in the 12 Bottle Club Rewards Program and must return product to the retailer that sold you the product from February 2015 to December 2015 you may not qualify for your free bottle. However, participant interruptions of this nature will be assessed on a case by case basis. We also encourage you to call our office as we will do our very best to resolve any questions or concerns you may have.

5. Once you qualify for your free bottle, our office will ship you your free bottle. Please do not visit your retailer for your free bottle as the retailer has no obligation, agreement or commitment with our 12 Bottle Club Rewards Program.

6. Once you qualify for your free bottle, you agree to pay a shipping and handling charge of $15.95 by Visa, Mastercard or certified check. If you wish to pay by personal check, we must receive and clear the check before your free bottle is shipped.

7. Only one free bottle will be issued / shipped to all those who qualify.

8. To all those who qualify for your free bottle, your free bottle will be shipped via Purolator.

9. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate.

10. Aeo International Sales Inc. reserves the right to cancel or amend the 12 Bottle Club Rewards Program without notice at anytime.
